What we collect

  • Calculator answers: result ID, role family, up to three technologies and engagement type.
  • Your converted EUR day rate and position, if you enter a B2B contract rate. Your original amount, currency and unit are held temporarily in your browser session and used to prepare your requested report, not stored on our servers.
  • Your email address, if you request your result, join the waiting list or buy the ebook.
  • Your marketing choice, if you tick the optional box.
  • Order details from Stripe (email, amount, payment status).
  • Anonymous page counts and, where present, campaign (UTM) parameters.

We do not collect your CV, name, phone number or LinkedIn profile.

How we use it

To show and email your result (performance of your request), to deliver your purchase (contract), and to send career tips and market updates only if you opted in (consent). Calculator data is kept separate from our recruitment systems and is never used to screen or rank candidates.

Cookies

Optional analytics cookies load only after you click Accept. You can reject them with equal ease. We store your choice in your browser.

Processors

Hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe). [Legal review: confirm processor list and international transfers.]

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe at any time via the link in each marketing email or by writing to office@discoversoft.eu. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

Retention

Report email addresses and converted rates are removed after 30 days unless you opted in to marketing. Anonymous role-family, technology and delivery-status records remain for aggregate reporting. Waiting list contacts remain until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Orders: as required by accounting law. [Legal review required.]
